Scheduled banner campaigns

Put a timely message in every relevant email, then let it end on time.

Echosig lets teams schedule group banner images and destinations for signature campaigns, with automatic activation and reversion when the campaign ends.

A signature banner is useful when it supports a message your team is already sending: an event, report, launch, hiring push, or seasonal notice. The difficult part is usually not adding it. It is making sure it appears at the right time, points somewhere useful, and disappears when it is no longer relevant.

What this looks like in practice

Set a start and end date

Schedule a group banner campaign in advance and let Echosig activate it and revert it according to the dates you set.

Keep campaigns scoped

Run a campaign for one group, office, team, or brand without putting the same banner in every signature across the account.

Update the destination centrally

Use the campaign's managed destination when the landing page or final call to action changes during the campaign.

How teams use it

A straightforward path from template to inbox.

  1. 1

Choose the group whose signatures should carry the message.

  2. 2

Upload the banner, set its destination, and choose the campaign dates.

  3. 3

Review scheduled and active campaigns in the campaign calendar.

  4. 4

Change or end the campaign centrally if plans change.

A useful boundary

A banner only appears in signatures that use the relevant group banner default. It is not an email marketing system, and it does not guarantee that recipients will see remote images enabled in their email client.
